Lagoonfest Brings Local Musicians Together For Daylong Celebration
Dozens of performers will take part across multiple stages

Gulf Shores, Ala. — (OBA) — Local music will take center stage as a new festival debuts at Icehouse Tap Room. Organizers say Lagoonfest was created to celebrate and support area musicians. The event aims to bring artists and fans together in a single location. It also seeks to create new opportunities for performers to earn income.
The first Lagoonfest is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Icehouse and The Lagoon Bar. The event will feature approximately 30 local musicians performing throughout the day. Performances will take place on two stages, both indoors and along the waterfront. Music starts at 12noon on both stages.
Lagoonfest is described by organizers as a “tribute to local musicians.” The event focuses on supporting the local music scene while providing artists with an opportunity to connect with audiences. Organizers said they hope to surpass expectations for both performers and guests.
There will be no cover charge at Icehouse Tap Room. However, attendees will be asked to donate at least one dollar at the door. All donations collected will be divided evenly among the musicians listed on the roster who attend.
Additional fundraising efforts will involve two signed guitars. Icehouse and Tim Roberts will each donate a guitar for the event. Musicians performing during the day will be asked to sign both instruments. One guitar will be auctioned silently, while the other will be raffled.
Organizers said all proceeds from the guitar auction and raffle will go directly to participating musicians. Donations will also be collected at both stages throughout the day. The goal is to ensure that every dollar raised benefits the artists involved.
The event is sponsored by Sun Cruiser Vodka Lemonade, which will be on-site with promotional items. Gulf Distributing is also supporting the festival. Other sponsors include: Just 4 Him Men’s Haircuts and Twisted Tea. Organizers said giveaways, including gift cards and prizes, will occur during the event.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and plan to stay for the entire day. Organizers said musicians will perform continuously, creating what they describe as “the ultimate jam sessions inside and out.” The headlining act will be The Entire Tim Roberts Band.
