New Mardi Gras Celebration Set For Perdido Key

Perdido Key, Fla. — (OBA) —  The spirit of Mardi Gras is officially coming to Perdido Key in a very grand style. This new event is called the Perdido Key Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball. It is being co-hosted by the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce and Lillian’s Pizza. Everyone is invited to join the fun and let the good times roll on the island.

The big party is set to dazzle guests on Friday, February 6, 2026. It will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. that evening. The location for the ball is Lillian’s Pizza at 14514 Perdido Key Drive. People are encouraged to get their krewes together for this special night.

The organizers want everyone to dress to impress or even to surprise others. Anything goes for outfits as long as you remember to wear a mask. There will be a costume contest during the evening to recognize the best-dressed guests. Winners will also be picked for having the best masks.

The night will feature a lively atmosphere and plenty of flair. Entertainment Ignited is bringing fire dancers and a magician to the ball. There will also be a stilt walker to add to the nonstop fun. These performers will make the carnival-style event feel truly magical.

Music is a big part of any Mardi Gras celebration on the coast. Gretsch Lyles and the Modern Eldorados will provide the soundtrack for the night. Their performance is sponsored by the Perdido Key Sports Bar. They will bring a mix of energy and groove to the party.

There are several different ticket options for people who want to attend. General admission tickets cost $50 per person. This price includes a delicious buffet and one drink ticket. Guests also get a souvenir cup and access to a cash bar for more drinks.

VIP admission is available for $100 per person. This higher level includes the buffet and a souvenir cup. It also features an open bar for the entire evening. This is a great way to enjoy the ball with extra perks and more drink options.

Members of the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce get a special discount. Their general admission tickets are only forty dollars. VIP tickets for members are priced at eighty dollars.

Local businesses can also help support this inaugural event through sponsorships. These opportunities help brands promote themselves while supporting a new signature celebration. Interested partners should contact Tammy Thurow at the chamber for more information. Sponsorships are a key part of making this island event a success.

It is a chance for neighbors to gather and celebrate the season together. For more details or to reserve tickets, people can visit the
chamber website. They can also call the office during regular business hours at 850.492.4660. Contact Tammy Thurow at tammy@perdidochmber.com  for more information on sponsorships.

The staff is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to help. This ball promises to be a highlight of the winter season on Perdido Key. It brings the magic of the carnival to the beach for everyone to enjoy. Do not miss out on this night of island revelry.
