The Gulf Shores Police Department (GSPD) has issued a public notice emphasizing safety and law enforcement efforts throughout the city.

The city of Gulf Shores is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for both visitors and residents. • Use of Restricted Lamps on Vehicles (32-5-241): Flashing lights on vehicles are prohibited.
  • Improper Lights (32-5A-240): Vehicles with undercarriage lights or headlights exceeding 54 inches from the center of the road will face penalties.
