The Peninsula Community Opens Doors For Holiday Home Tour

Gulf Shores, Ala. — (OBA) — The Peninsula community is preparing to welcome visitors for a special holiday event this winter. Organizers have announced that the neighborhood will open its gates to the public for home tours. This event offers a unique chance to see inside several private residences. The showcase is presented by St. Andrew by the Sea Community Church.
The 3rd Annual Tour of Homes is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The event will run from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. that afternoon. Guests will have four hours to explore the designated properties at their own pace.
Located at 20 Peninsula Blvd, the neighborhood is known for its scenic setting and welcoming atmosphere. The tour highlights the charm and craftsmanship found in these coastal homes. It also displays the elegant decorations that residents have prepared for the season.
This event serves as a fundraiser for St. Andrew by the Sea Community Church. The church is located at 17263 Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores. Proceeds from the ticket sales will support the church's various community programs and initiatives.
