Foley Police Launch Cardio Training Program for People Interested in Law Enforcement

Cardio with a Cop Begins Training July 10th
Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – The Foley Police Department is starting a new program called Cardio with a Cop. This program is designed to help those interested in becoming police officers to prepare for the required Physical Training Test.
Cardio with a Cop includes both strength and cardio training. Participants will train alongside current officers, allowing them to meet and interact with the department staff.
Training sessions begin on Wednesday, July 10th, at 6 p.m. The program will run for several weeks, leading up to Prospect Day, with the date to be announced soon.
