Man Involved in Fatal Hit and Run Arrested for Child Pornography

Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – On Tuesday, September 3, Foley Police arrested Kaleb Owens, 42, on multiple child pornography charges. Authorities had probable cause to believe Owens filmed and shared explicit footage of a minor.

This arrest follows a previous charge from March 2024, when Owens was involved in a fatal hit-and-run near County Road 65 and Airport Road.
