Race proceeds will benefit the Sea Glass Initiative serving homeless residents

Magnolia Springs, Ala. — (OBA) — The annual Magnolia Run will return to Magnolia Springs in November. The popular community race takes runners through some of Baldwin County's most beautiful scenery. This year's event will raise money for a local group that helps homeless people. Race organizers expect hundreds of participants for the event.

Three different races give options for all fitness levels. Runners can choose the 5K Run, 5K Walk, or 1 Mile Fun Run. The 5K course has official certification from USA Track and Field. The race starts and ends in front of Jesse's Restaurant located at 14770 Oak Street.
Island Air Conditioning & Heating sponsors the event along with Flock Sports & Social Experience. The course winds through historic Magnolia Springs under tall oak trees. Runners will pass beautiful old homes during the race.
