Fort Morgan Oyster Fest Returns For Two Days Of Fun
Annual Event Features Fresh Oysters, Music, And Local Art

Fort Morgan, Ala. — (OBA) — The 2026 Annual Fort Morgan Oyster Fest will return for another weekend of fresh seafood, music, and art along Alabama’s Gulf Coast in just 2 weeks. Each year, the festival attracts visitors eager to enjoy Fort Morgan’s homegrown oysters prepared in various flavorful styles. The event continues to showcase the area’s local culture and coastal charm.
The two-day celebration will take place on Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, 2026. Guests can sample oysters cooked and served in many ways—from classic raw and grilled to creative modern recipes. The festival will be held in the heart of the Fort Morgan community, steps away from the Gulf.
Organizers say the annual event offers a chance to bring together locals and visitors for good food and company. “The Fort Morgan Oyster Fest gives visitors a taste of what makes this community special,” event organizers said. “It’s about great seafood, great music, and great company.”
In addition to signature oysters, guests can explore various arts and crafts vendors offering handmade items and coastal souvenirs. Live music and entertainment will energize the festival grounds all weekend, creating a lively atmosphere for everyone. Families are encouraged to bring chairs and enjoy the day.
The festival is hosted by Spectrum Resorts, Sassy Bass, and Navy Cove Oysters, all proud supporters of Fort Morgan’s coastal traditions. These sponsors help make the event possible each year, ensuring visitors enjoy fresh seafood and local hospitality.
Tickets are required for entry and will go on sale later this year. Additional information about ticket sales, entertainment lineups, and vendor lists will be posted online as the event approaches. Visitors can find updates and details at www.fortmorganoysterfest.com.
