Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) –   A new series of cooking classes is set to begin at Cobalt the Restaurant in Orange Beach this afternoon, offering food enthusiasts a chance to expand their culinary horizons. The classes feature an impressive lineup of local chefs sharing their expertise across diverse cuisines.

Class Schedule and Details:

  1. January 28th:
     
    French Crepes and Pancakes with Blueberry Syrup
    Chef Kim from BuzzCatz Coffee & Sweets will guide you through creating delicious, delicate crepes and fluffy pancakes, complete with a decadent blueberry syrup.

  2. February 4th:
     
    Tonkatsu Pork
    Chef Rachel from Cosmo’s Restaurant & Bar will share her secrets to crafting the perfect crispy tonkatsu pork, a Japanese classic.

  3. February 11th:
     
    Pasta Puttanesca with Beef
    Chef Jeffrey from Cobalt The Restaurant will take you on a flavorful journey with this Italian-inspired dish combining rich beef and bold puttanesca sauce.

  4. February 18th:
     
    Pimiento Cheese with Pork Skins & Hushpuppies
    Dive into southern comfort food with Chef Horace from Luna’s Eat & Drink as he teaches the art of crafting creamy pimiento cheese, crispy pork skins, and savory hushpuppies.

  5. February 25th:
     
    Crawfish Étouffée
    Chef Reed from Cobalt The Restaurant will show you how to prepare this iconic Louisiana dish, a flavorful crawfish étouffée sure to impress.
