Alabama First District U.S. Rep. Barry Moore has opened an office in Foley City Hall. The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – Alabama’s U.S. Rep. Barry Moore has opened an office in Foley City Hall. The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office’s telephone number is 251-437-6310. U.S. Representative Barry Moore has expanded his constituent services by opening a new district office in Foley City Hall. This additional location aims to enhance accessibility and convenience for residents within the Baldwin County area. The Foley office will operate during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be contacted directly at 251-437-6310.

The new office is expected to offer a range of services to constituents, including assistance with federal agencies, information on legislative matters, and help with casework.  Staff members at the Foley location will be available to address inquiries, provide guidance, and facilitate communication between constituents and Congressman Moore's office.

Rep. Moore stated that the opening of this office reflects his commitment to serving the people of Baldwin County and ensuring their voices are heard in Washington. He encourages all residents to utilize the resources provided by the Foley office and reach out to his team with any questions or concerns they may have.

The Foley City Council voted to provide three offices on the east side of City Hall for the use of Moore’s staff. The agreement went into effect in January, after Moore took office as the representative for the First Congressional District in Alabama.

Mayor Ralph Hellmich said the office will allow residents needing information or assistance to meet with members of Moore’s staff.

"Our citizens appreciate the opening of Congressman Moore's Office in Foley,” Hellmich said.  “We have always worked closely with our Congressional delegation, but having a convenient office location is great for the citizens of South Baldwin County.”

The office is located at 407 East Laurel Ave. Visitors can enter through a separate door on the east side of City Hall or use the building’s main entrance.

Moore has represented Alabama in Congress since 2021. He was first elected as the representative in the Second Congressional District.

A court-order changed Congressional district boundaries. The order placed Moore and First District representative Jerry Carl in the First District. Moore defeated Carl in the 2024 Republican primary and was elected as the First District representative in November.
