MAAAC Gala Returns to Perdido Beach Resort for Sixth Year

Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — The Makos Academics, Arts and Athletics Club (MAAAC) will host its Sixth Annual Gala on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Perdido Beach Resort Grand Ballroom. The event offers an evening of elegance, entertainment, and community support. Guests can look forward to music, delicious food and drinks, exciting silent auctions, and the chance to connect with others who support Orange Beach students.


The gala begins at 5:30 p.m. and runs until 11 p.m. Tickets are available now on the
2025 MAAAC Gala website. Proceeds raised will go directly to the MAAAC Scholarship Fund. This program helps graduating seniors from Orange Beach Middle and High School with their college and career goals.

Organizers describe the event as both meaningful and fun. Each year, the gala raises thousands of dollars to help students achieve their dreams. From supporting future artists and athletes to encouraging academic excellence, the scholarships make a real difference.
