Local Farmers Market Coming to Waterfront Park this Sunday

Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — A new community event is coming to Orange Beach just in time for Independence Day. The Orange Beach Parks and Recreation Department will host its first Pop-Up Farmers Market on Sunday, June 29, 2025. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Waterfront Park, located at 26425 Canal Road. The event is free and open to the public.

Organizers say the market was created to give Orange Beach residents a local option for fresh goods and fun just before the busy July 4th weekend. Residents are encouraged to arrive by golf cart, but there will be parking at the park. Extra parking is available at the Orange Beach Library and Senior Center, with a short walk to the venue.

The Parks and Recreation team will be at the market with games, giveaways, and a booth for community feedback. They want to hear what programs and events locals would like to see in the future. Their motto is "OB Parks & Rec… where play meets paradise."

As of June 22, the list of vendors includes:

  • Orlando Roadside Produce
  • Willow Farms
  • Trail Boss Hot Sauce
  • Sycamore Farms
  • Price Pecan Farm
  • Annette's Yummy for Your Tummy Cakes
  • Soooul Healthy
  • Planters Made for You
  • Rockin' H Farms
  • Southern Preserved
  • Bonnie Stitchin By the Bay
  • Elena's Kitchen Creations
  • The Twisted Lemon

Hog Wild BBQ will be on-site serving food from their truck.

Visitors can also enjoy lawn games and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Good vibes are promised all around.
