Robertsdale To Host Annual Professional Rodeo Event

Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation Announces 28th Annual Rodeo

Robertsdale, Ala. — (OBA) —  The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation has announced plans for its 28th Annual Professional Rodeo in Baldwin County. The event is expected to bring families together for entertainment and community support. Organizers say the rodeo also raises awareness of youth mental health. Funds collected during the event will remain local and support prevention programs.

The rodeo is scheduled for August 6 through August 8, 2026, at the City of Robertsdale Arena. The foundation recently announced the event and details. Organizers describe the rodeo as a long-standing community tradition that combines entertainment with outreach.

Foundation leaders also recognized Kind Cafe in Fairhope as the event’s Title Sponsor. “We want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to our official Title Sponsor, Kind Cafe,” the organization said. The foundation said the sponsorship helps expand the event’s reach and impact.

Event organizers said additional sponsorship opportunities are still available for local businesses and residents. They emphasized that support goes beyond donations and directly funds youth mental health programs. These include Peer Helpers PLUS and Youth Mental Health First Aid initiatives in Baldwin County.

According to the foundation, in Alabama, a young person between the ages of 10 and 24 dies by suicide on average every 3.5 days. Leaders say this highlights the need for early intervention programs. They said rodeo proceeds help address that need locally.

Sponsorship packages range from $250 to $10,000, depending on the level chosen. Benefits may include VIP seating, parking, advertising, signage, and digital recognition. Deadlines to secure sponsorship benefits are May 22, June 20, and July 16.

Organizers said volunteers will play a key role in the event’s success. Planned roles include setup, cleanup, concessions, merchandise, parking, and assistance with the Kids’ Corral. Officials said more details on volunteer opportunities will be released soon.

Vendor opportunities and ticket sales for the three-night event are also expected to open soon. The foundation said it will share updates as plans are finalized. Community members are encouraged to closely follow announcements.
