Jack C. Rowe Faces Charges for Cemetery Car Crash and Deception

Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – In Foley, Alabama, a bizarre incident led to the arrest of 57-year-old Jack C. Rowe. On the night of December 12, 2023, at approximately 9:30pm, Foley Police discovered an abandoned vehicle at Southside Cemetery. The car had veered off the road, causing damage to several graves.
While investigating, police received a report claiming the vehicle was stolen. However, their investigation revealed that Rowe, the car's owner, was actually the driver. He had left the scene and falsely reported his vehicle as stolen.
Rowe was arrested on December 14, 2023, facing charges for leaving the accident scene and filing a false police report.
