Coastal Orange Beach Has Been Nominated As Best Waterfront Restaurant In The Nation: VOTE

Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — The largest news publication in the country, USA Today, has nominated COASTAL Orange Beach as one of the "Best Waterfront Restaurants" in the nation. Their millions of readers will now vote for what is #1 in the United States. Other eatery locations include California, the Carolinas, and Hawaii, but COASTAL represents the Gulf Coast.

The USA Today writers outlined the vote's premise. "We first eat with our eyes, as the saying goes, and waterfront restaurants offer breathtaking views beyond the beauty of the food they serve. Pairing culinary delights against the picturesque backdrops of lakes, rivers, and oceans, every meal is a feast for the senses."

Residents, tourist and lovers of the Alabama coast can now VOTE and show the nation our beachside culinary scene. You can vote once per day until polls close on Monday, April 13, at noon ET. The winning waterfront restaurants, as determined by your vote, will be announced on Wednesday, April 22.

Cameron Price, one of the COASTAL Orange Beach owners, stated, "We’re honored to be nominated for Best Waterfront Restaurant by USA TODAY. We love Orange Beach, our area, and the Gulf of America, and we’re grateful to be part of a place that means so much to so many people. COASTAL was built to be a casual hangout for everyone, with green space, live music, fresh local seafood, and incredible views of the beach, the water, and the sunset. It means a lot to see people connect with that vision."

COASTAL Orange Beach was chosen by a panel of culinary writers from around the nation who contribute to media outlets such as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, USA TODAY, and Southern Living. These 14 experts curated the full list for your opinion and vote.

COASTAL in Orange Beach is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located directly on the beach. COASTAL Restaurant provides fresh local seafood and unique culinary items from our award-winning Chefs. The premier location serves up legendary sunsets while guests enjoy the open-air setting.
