Join Orange Beach Parks and Recreation for a 14-Day Spring Wellness Challenge starting on the first day of March from 10 AM to 1 PM. It's time to say goodbye to holiday excess and reset your goals with a focus on your health. This challenge is designed for those looking to connect with like-minded individuals who can become accountability partners over the two weeks, helping each other stay motivated and driven all year long. Whether you choose to participate solo or as part of a group, this challenge is a fantastic way to kick-start your health journey and gain insights into nutrition, physical endurance, and cultivating a new mindset. Participants will receive a workbook guide and daily emails from the OBP&R team to help maintain focus throughout the 14 days. In addition to following the guide, you will have the opportunity to attend various in-person workouts and learning sessions. Some of these may have a small fee, while others are free.
