Foley, Ala. — (OBA) —  Registered voters in Baldwin County Voting Precinct 61 are receiving updated voter information cards. The precinct is in the Foley area. The update follows a name change at the precinct’s polling place. County officials said the physical voting site has not changed.

Updated cards were mailed during the week of July 20, 2026, to all registered voters assigned to Precinct 61. The mailing is intended to ensure that voter records show the polling place’s current name.

The polling location is on Brinks Willis Road. It was formerly known as Pathway Church, which has officially changed its name to Daystar Church. Voters will continue to cast ballots at the same site despite the updated church name.

The name change does not affect where Precinct 61 voters cast their ballots. The physical location has not moved, according to the Baldwin County Commission. The surrounding community will continue to use the same polling place for elections.
