The format is simple and friendly. Four Italian wines are paired with four small bites. Winston explains flavor profiles, regional origins, and each label’s backstory. The goal is to make tasting fun and confidence-building.

The first pour will be Vila Sandi Prosecco. It is matched with crisp eggplant fries and a lemon garlic aioli. The lively bubbles refresh the palate between savory bites. It sets an upbeat tone for the evening.

Next is Villa Sparina Di Gavi. This bright white is paired with Acqua Pazza snapper. Citrus and mineral notes meet the classic Italian fish preparation. Expect a clean, refreshing finish after each bite.

The third course features Famiglia Rivetti Nebbiolo. It arrives beside spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli. The pasta is finished in a tomato cream sauce. Nebbiolo’s structure balances richness without overwhelming the dish.

The tasting closes with Michele Chiarlo Barbera. It is served with an Italian favorite dessert. Barbera’s cherry and spice notes complement a sweet finish. The pairing rounds out a thoughtful progression.

Outdoor waterfront seating will be used, weather permitting. Staff encourage guests to enjoy responsibly. Groups are welcome, but availability may be tight.
