Perdido Key, Fla. — (OBA) —   A Pensacola-based dog rescue organization is marking a major milestone this fall. Save Underdogs LLC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has announced its 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. The organization is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, surrendered, and abused dogs along the Florida Panhandle. The event will be held at Perdido Bay Golf Club in Pensacola.

The tournament is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2026, at Perdido Bay Golf Club, 1 Doug Ford Drive, Pensacola, Florida. Founded in 2004, Save Underdogs has rescued more than 8,300 dogs through its volunteer network. Proceeds from the tournament will go directly to medical care, shelter, and rehoming for local dogs in need.

The entry fee is $125 per player. That fee covers green fees, a golf cart, two mulligans, and food and beverages throughout the course. Players will also receive a complimentary breakfast before the shotgun start, with additional food and beverage stations at holes along the course.

The tournament is open to players 21 years of age or older. Registration is capped at 30 teams and will close as soon as all slots are filled. Organizers are encouraging early sign-up due to limited availability.

Top finishers will receive Winners Baskets as prizes. The winning team's name will also be engraved on the official Tournament Winner Plaque, which is on display at the Perdido Key Sports Bar and Restaurant at Perdido Bay Golf Club.
