Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — Local families can now sign up their children for the city's fall youth soccer season. Registration is open for kids between the ages of four and 14. The cost to join is $100 per player. Parents are encouraged to sign up early to avoid missing the deadline.

Registration will stay open until August 10. After that, no new players will be accepted. Practices for the fall season are set to begin on August 18. Games are scheduled to kick off on September 8.

The soccer program includes various teams for both boys and girls. Coed teams are available for younger age groups, including 5U (ages 4-5), 7U (ages 6-7), and 14U (ages 12-14). There are also separate teams for boys and girls in the 9U (ages 8-9) and 11U (ages 10-11) brackets.

All practices and games will be organized through the city’s recreation department. Teams are set up to give kids a chance to build skills, make friends, and have fun. Games will likely be played on weekends, though exact schedules may vary by age group.

Families can find full details and register through the “Youth Soccer” page on the city’s official website. Spots are limited, so early registration is recommended to ensure a place on a team.
