The program kicks off this Saturday, September 6th and continues through November. Classes meet at 8:15 a.m. each Saturday at different locations around Orange Beach. The schedule includes beach circuit training, yoga sessions, cardio workouts, and a community bike ride.

September activities start with a Beach Circuit Class at Resident Beach next to CoastAL on the 6th. September 13th features Namaste By the Bay yoga at Orange Beach Waterfront Park. A Freedom Fest Cardio Workout takes place September 20th at Waterfront Park. September 27th is reserved as a makeup date for weather issues.

October continues the fitness fun with another Beach Circuit Class on the 4th. The popular Namaste By the Bay yoga returns October 11th at Waterfront Park. October 18th offers something different with a Community Bike Ride meeting at Orange Beach City Hall. October 25th serves as another makeup date.
