National Signing Day For Three Commits From Gulf Shores

Gulf Shores, Ala. — (OBA) — National Signing Day saw high school football players from across the country commit to their college of choice where they can continue their dreams at a higher level. Gulf Shores High School had three of their top players make their announcement publicly.

Landon Everett will be taking his skills to one of the most distinguished education outlets in the U.S., Army's West Point. Landon stood out with his skills at Linebacker during the 2025 season. There are probably a few quarterbacks from opposing teams happy they will not have to face him next year. Landon Everett is Gulf Shores 1st student athlete to attend and play at West Point.

Darion Kirksey signed with Copiah-Lincoln Community College. During this past season Darion's 6'2" frame helped him show off his skills at wide receiver and free safety. His ability to play both sides of the ball was a benefit to the team in many games. Darion's yards per catch were typically in the double digits.
