Foley Police Respond to Shooting on East Bullard Avenue, One Arrest Made

Foley Woman Arrested After East Bullard Avenue Shooting Incident

Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – This morning, September 18th, the Foley Police Department, Foley Fire Department, and Medstar responded to a disturbance on the 1000 Block of East Bullard Avenue.
Upon arrival, authorities discovered a 66-year-old woman with gunshot wounds to her arm and hip. The victim was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, where she is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect, 57-year-old Sandra Jean Foster, has been arrested and charged with Assault First Degree. Officials have confirmed that the incident, stemming from an argument between the two individuals, was isolated and poses no ongoing threat to the public.
