The festival takes place at Fort Morgan Marina, located at 1577 State Highway 180. The marina sits on the Fort Morgan peninsula in Baldwin County. The location provides waterfront access for the seafood-focused event.

Organizers describe this as a collaboration between Tacky Jacks and its neighbors at Fort Morgan Marina. The partnership includes several local businesses working together for the inaugural festival. The event highlights locally sourced seafood from Gulf waters.

The Fort Morgan Volunteer Fire Department will receive proceeds from vendor booth rentals. The fire department serves the Fort Morgan community on the peninsula. Supporting the volunteer fire department is one goal of the new festival.
