Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) —  Orange Beach is gearing up for its sixth annual Freedom Fest, a patriotic two-day celebration that draws visitors from across the Gulf Coast. The event will take place at The Wharf in Orange Beach and will feature live music, arts and crafts, military booths, food vendors, and a classic car show. The City of Orange Beach launched the inaugural Freedom Fest in 2021 as a down-home celebration of American culture. Admission to the main festival and the car show is free to the public.

The 6th Annual Orange Beach Freedom Fest and Bama Coast Cruisin' Fall Car Show is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Both days will be held at The Wharf in Orange Beach. 

The festival grounds will be set up along the west side of The Wharf, featuring arts-and-crafts vendors, outdoor experience booths, patriotic military displays, and food vendors. The Flora-Bama/CoastAL Music Stage will host two full days of live music over the weekend. Vintage and classic cars from the Bama Coast Cruisin' show will line Main Street and Wharf Parkway. A Kids' Zone, sponsored by the Police Benevolent Fund, will be located next to the Ferris wheel.

Saturday's schedule includes a motorcycle and Jeep rally, expected to add energy to the weekend's festivities. A beach cruise is planned for noon Saturday as part of the rally activities. Bama Coast Cruisin' participants will hold their own parade to the beach late Sunday afternoon. The music stage on both days will feature performers to be announced.

Parking will be available at no cost on both days. On Saturday, volunteers from Makos Academics, Arts and Athletic Club will assist with parking, and donations will be accepted to support Orange Beach schools. Free shuttles will run from Orange Beach Middle/High School on Saturday and Sunday. Shuttle pickup will be at the school's bell tower, with drop-off at the front circle on Main Street at The Wharf.
