Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — Residents of Bear Point are preparing to celebrate the Mardi Gras season with one of the community’s favorite traditions. The Bear Point Mardi Gras Golf Cart Parade will bring neighbors and visitors together for an afternoon full of color, laughter, and local spirit. Each year, residents decorate their golf carts and line the streets to create a lively and family-friendly event. Organizers say this celebration reflects the warm community spirit that characterizes the east end of Orange Beach.
The parade will roll through the Bear Point neighborhood on Sunday, February 15, starting at 3 p.m. Families and friends will gather along the route to catch beads, candy, plush toys, and other festive items tossed from passing carts. The event attracts people of all ages, offering a fun, laid-back way to celebrate the Mardi Gras season.
