An Evening of Southern Charm at the Governors Club kicks off fundraising ahead of the 2026 Magnolia Springs Tour of Homes.

Magnolia Springs, Ala. — (OBA) — Magnolia Springs is preparing to open some of its most cherished homes to the public as part of a community celebration of history, architecture, and small-town pride. The Magnolia Springs Community Association invites residents and visitors to join in a weekend of activities connected to its ongoing capital campaign. Organizers say the events aim to showcase the town’s beauty while raising support for local preservation efforts. They hope the weekend will bring people together and highlight what makes Magnolia Springs unique.


The celebration starts on Friday, March 20, with An Evening of Southern Charm at the historic Governors Club, a popular gathering spot in town. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and marks the official beginning of the association’s capital campaign. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere while learning more about the fundraising efforts to support community projects and preservation initiatives.


On Sunday, March 22, the 2026 Magnolia Springs Tour of Homes features some of the town’s most charming properties and invites ticket holders inside. The tour runs from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., offering an afternoon to explore distinctive homes and historic sites around Magnolia Springs. Organizers describe it as an opportunity to see unique architecture, riverside views, and community landmarks that are typically closed to the public.
