Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – The Wharf, a premier destination on Alabama's Gulf Coast, is set to elevate its offerings with the announcement of an exciting new anchor tenant and additional merchants coming to its "Portside on Main" addition. This expansion marks a significant milestone for the popular shopping, dining, and entertainment venue, promising visitors an enhanced experience with a diverse array of new businesses, including the Gulf Coast's largest swing suites powered by Top Golf.


Tee Off at The Wharf will serve as the anchor tenant at Portside on Main with approximately 6,000 square feet on the first floor of the two-level development, located in Suite A101. The Gulf Coast’s largest swing suites powered by Top Golf will offer five swing suites with an unparalleled ambiance for adults and children of all ages.

 

“Our focus is to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for all ages” says owner Travis Shell. “We will offer a variety of food options and the best craft drinks in the Gulf Coast area. We cannot wait to tee off at The Wharf with everyone in early 2025”

This attraction will join 11 other merchants who will occupy 91% of the first floor upon opening.

 

Portside on Main will consist of over 33,000 square feet of retail, office and entertainment space, in addition to approximately 26,000 square feet of green and open space which will include an outdoor stage. The original Wharf Main Street property stands at 99% occupancy for the summer season. Portside on Main will add approximately 22 merchants and office tenants to The Wharf offerings.

 

On the cusp of a nearly full established development, the growth has gained much interest from businesses in a range of sectors including specialty confections and treat shops, boutique cocktail and wine experiences, to retail and entertainment.
