This event was added 28 years ago as part of the Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party, the annual Interstate Mullet Toss. It offers various categories and welcomes families to participate or simply enjoy the festivities from 7 AM to 10 AM, whether viewing on the beach, or participating in the water, or on the path. The Orange Beach Parks and Recreation Department is excited to present another fantastic event this Sunday at Waterfront Park as part of their Pop-Up Farmers Market series. This event will feature local farmers, growers, and other vendors. Join others from 10 AM to 2 PM to meet your neighbors, enjoy the sunshine and breeze, and shop for fresh, local products. Parking will be available on-site and in the surrounding areas, including the Orange Beach Public Library and the Orange Beach Senior Center. Patrons are encouraged to use golf carts and bikes, if possible, to help ensure parking is available for visitors eager to join the OB locals in discovering fresh treasures to enjoy and take home. Don't forget to bring your appetite! Food and beverage trucks, such as Anna’s Cafe Smoothies, Coffees, and Sweets, will be available. In case of inclement weather, the event will be relocated to the Orange Beach Community Center. Spring is in the air!
