Orange Beach Police Increase Enforcement For Spring Break Season
Police highlight strict enforcement of alcohol and drug laws
Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — The Orange Beach Police Department is preparing for an influx of visitors as Spring Break begins for students in Baldwin and Mobile Counties. The department said it appreciates those choosing to spend their vacation in the city. Police also said safety will remain a top priority during the busy travel period.
The department announced that a zero-tolerance policy will be enforced throughout the 2026 Spring Break season. Officials said the policy covers underage drinking, drug use, and disorderly conduct. Law enforcement officers said these rules are in place to protect both visitors and residents.

To support enforcement efforts, the Orange Beach Police Department said it has doubled staffing during Spring Break. Officers are also working closely with Alabama State Parks. Officials said the coordination is intended to prevent beach issues before they occur.
