Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) —  Students bring energy and imagination to the stage as the Orange Beach Middle High School Theatre program prepares to present Seussical Jr., the Musical, at the Orange Beach Performing Arts Center. The production features middle- and high-school performers portraying beloved characters from the world of Dr. Seuss. Directors and staff say the show offers a family-friendly experience that showcases student talent. Community members are encouraged to attend and cheer on the young cast and crew.

The show will run for four days at the school's performing arts center, from the end of April to the beginning of May. Performances are scheduled for Thursday, April 30, at 7 p.m.; Friday, May 1, at 7 p.m., with a special guest appearance; Saturday, May 2, at 7 p.m.; and Sunday, May 3, at 2 p.m., which will also serve as Senior Day.

Organizers say the musical offers something for everyone, featuring familiar stories, lively songs, and colorful staging. They describe Seussical Jr. as a chance for students to build confidence while entertaining their neighbors. Families with younger children and supporters of the local arts are invited to include the production in their weekend plans.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or online through
GoFan. General admission is $11 for adults and $6 for students, with all fees included. Seating is first-come, first-served, so guests are encouraged to arrive early, especially for the Friday night show with the special guest.
