Foley Residents Invited To Dispose Of Documents Safely

Foley, Ala. — (OBA) —  Foley residents will have the opportunity to safely dispose of personal documents at an upcoming community event. The city is hosting a Shred Day to help residents dispose of sensitive paperwork. The service is designed for residential use and promotes secure recycling. City officials said the event will take place at Foley City Hall.

The Shred Day is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will be held in the parking lot behind City Hall at 407 E. Laurel Ave.

Residents can bring old bank statements and other documents for on-site shredding. Following the shredding process, the materials will be recycled.
