Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – The 2025 Alabama Vacation Guide is now available and the Gulf Coast is featured in several articles highlighting destination spots across the state.

Gulf State Park has several mentions, touting white sandy beaches, trails, the pier, the Lodge at Gulf State Park and RV hotspots.

Tourists are expected to pack Gulf Coast hotels and condos this summer.

Crystal Hinds, vice president of marketing for Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Tourism, said it is no wonder why people want to retreat to South Alabama for much-needed rest and relaxation.

"It's a family-friendly destination," said Hinds. "We have lots of things for people to do. If they just want to chill out on the beach, it's the perfect place to do that. If they're interested in nature, we have the backcountry trails, Bon Secour."

"There are tons of attractions and things to do with the family at night, like The Wharf and The Track. Gosh, I could go on and on. Of course, there's great food. So many people travel down here for the food."

"It's just the perfect place for a family to come to," Hinds continued. "Got a little bit of everything."

Hinds said for the best pricing on rentals, weekdays are where you get the most bang for your buck.

The 2025 Vacation Guide called Alabama's Gulf Coast an "unmatched destination for an unforgettable journey filled with relaxation, adventure, and luxury accommodations" on some of the world's most beautiful beaches.
