Dance, Tone and Defend as Orange Beach Unveils New Fitness Schedule

Orange Beach Adult Fitness Center

Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – Residents and visitors of Orange Beach can elevate their physical fitness by attending evening fitness classes at the Adult Fitness Center, located at 4847 Wilson Blvd. Classes are designed to cater to various interests and fitness levels, ensuring there's something for everyone.


The partial lineup for the week includes:


Monday:
Zumba from 6-7 PM, a fun dance-based workout suitable for all skill levels.


Tuesday:
An early evening yoga class from 5-6 PM aimed at improving flexibility and reducing stress, followed by a Strength & Cardio HIIT class from 6-7 PM for those looking to enhance their cardiovascular and muscular strength.


Wednesday:
Offers a Krav Maga Self Defense class from 5-6 PM, providing valuable self-defense skills, followed by Zumba Toning from 6-7 PM, which incorporates weights to help tone and sculpt the body.


Thursday:
Starts with yoga from 5-6 PM, followed by a Cardio Dance Party from 6-7 PM, perfect for ending the day with high-energy dance moves.


Each class is priced at $5, making it accessible to both members and non-members. Additionally, the center offers a fitness punch card for $50, covering 15 classes, and an unlimited annual class pass for $150, providing great value for regular attendees.


The center operates with flexible hours, open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 12:00 to 5:00 PM on Sundays, accommodating various schedules. Moreover, the facility boasts a range of amenities and is part of a larger recreational campus that includes gymnasiums and offers programs like the Expect Excellence childcare programs​.
