Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — Coastal Restaurant is inviting new team members to join its popular island dining spot. The restaurant has built a strong reputation for year-round great service and a friendly, welcoming staff. Leaders say that the spirit of teamwork helps keep employees for the long term. They also believe that happy workers help create the great hospitality that guests enjoy.

Coastal is encouraging people who enjoy smiling, helping others, and working closely with coworkers to consider applying. Interested applicants are asked to fill out the online application form linked to the hiring notice. The restaurant says it will respond to applications as quickly as possible once they are received.

Current job openings are posted for people to review before they apply. Management notes that the list of openings may change over time as the restaurant’s needs change. Applicants who do not see the exact job they want are still urged to apply and explain what role they would like to have in the future.

“If you enjoy smiling, helping people, and being a team member, then please fill out the application,” the restaurant’s hiring notice states. “We will get back to you as soon as possible.” The message also invites people to “come join our happy family and find out why we have the long-term staff and great hospitality reputation on the island.”

Coastal Restaurant is located on the island in Orange Beach, Alabama, where it has become a popular spot for both locals and visitors. The restaurant’s leaders hope new hires will soon experience the same close-knit workplace that has kept many staff members in place for years.
