Phoenix Condos in Orange Beach

Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – Brett Robinson Development is submitting a site plan at the July 10 meeting of the Orange Beach Planning Commission for a new building on a beachfront lot that has seen several plans that never came to fruition. That lot, directly east of the Hampton Inn in Orange Beach, has been the subject of at least four sets of plans, the latest a 13-story, 37-unit high-end project called Atlas. Others were twin towers Grace and Ascension and a project called Transcendence.

The current site plan for the lot is Phoenix South Point, which would include 66 units in a 22-story building.

Plans have been submitted that include as many as 259 units in four buildings and a marina, all to be built in phases.

A final approval of a major subdivision at the Buena Vista luxury RV resort on beach road in west Orange Beach. This action involves 16 lots, 65-76 and 98-101.

A request from Cottages at Romar to subdivide one lot, the replat of another into four lots and adding a section of the development’s common area. It is located on the beach in west Orange Beach.

A relocation of the lot line between 24293 and 24297 Gulf Bay Road at the request of Douglas and Cynthia Cunningham and Terry and Angela Kelley.

A request for a site plan review for Beach Getaways to construct a 5,000-square-foot operations building at 24420 Canal Road south of the intersection of Canal and East Street.
