Bookman's Smokehouse

Tuesday 27, 2023: Get ready for some mouthwatering signature selections that have the whole Island talking. Brookman’s Smokehouse in Gulf Shores is a “small, locally owned, veteran owned business.” Fresh quality flavorful foods smoked daily onsite is their motto and the meats and fish offered reflect this. Every day they will put out Smoked Salmon, made from scratch dips and spreads that will be available while supplies last in their shop. However, they encourage custom pre-orders allowing for a 24-hour prep and prepare time. Brookman’s is renowned for their 2-inch thick Big Daddy Pork Chop, and they highly recommend the smoked Yellowfin Tuna Dip. So, get your smoke on while at the beach this week and call Brookman's Smokehouse for quality on the go meat from one of the only places in the area that is smoking fish. Open Tuesday - Saturday 11 AM - 6 PM.
