Orange Beach Council to Vote on Comprehensive Plan and Medical Center Renovation
City leaders will also evaluate extending temporary development moratoriums
Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — Orange Beach leaders are advancing key municipal priorities at tonight’s meeting, highlighted by a resolution to officially adopt the city’s new Comprehensive Plan and a bid award for major renovations at Orange Beach Medical Center South.
The joint regular/work session meeting takes place this evening, Tuesday, Sep 01, 2026, at 5 PM in Orange Beach City Hall Council Chambers.
Council members will also review growth management policies through a first reading to extend temporary development moratoriums. Additionally, a final vote is scheduled on new rules governing bicycles, micromobility devices, and electric motorcycles across the city.
