Developers are hoping to put a 73-room hotel near Wolf Bay Lodge in Foley, Alabama.

The Foley Planning Commission will meet twice in April, first in a work session on April 12 and the regular session on April 19. Both meetings will be in council chambers at city hall at 5:30 p.m.

The new four-story hotel is planned to contain 73 guest room located at the northeast corner of Miflin Road and Koniar Way. The applicant for the project is the City of Foley Public Facilities Co-op and BriMark Builders.
