Festival set for a Saturday morning under the historic oak trees

Magnolia Springs, Ala. — (OBA) — The Magnolia Springs Volunteer Fire Department is preparing for its biggest community event of the year. The 7th Annual Magnolia Springs Firefighter Festival will be held at 14809 Gates Avenue in Magnolia Springs, Alabama. The festival is free to attend, with free on-site parking. The event brings together families, local vendors, and community supporters for a full day of food, music, and fun.

The festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, running from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attendees can relax in the shade of the town's well-known oak trees while taking in everything the day offers. The event is held in the heart of Magnolia Springs, a small Baldwin County community known for its scenic beauty and tight-knit character.

Local bands will perform live throughout the day. Firefighters will prepare food on-site, and local arts and crafts vendors will be set up across the festival grounds. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase. A dedicated kids' zone will offer activities for younger attendees.

This year's festival has received support from multiple local sponsors. Specialty sponsors include M&N of Alabama as the Band Sponsor, 4th Shift Seamless Gutter, LLC as the Beer & Wine Sponsor, Cowabunga Inflatables & More as the Kids' Zone Sponsor, and Creekside Family Fun Center as the T-Shirt Sponsor. Captain-level sponsors include the Ebert Agency, Talladega Superspeedway, Phillips Frame & Truss, Fairhope Building Company, Sunbelt Fire, Freeman's Collision, Cleverdon Farms, and Magnolia Springs Dental.

Firefighter-level sponsors for the event include Blue Water Exteriors, Hadley Termite & Pest, Benchmark Homes Group, The Tin Top Restaurant & Oyster Bar, Riviera Utilities, Custom Truck, and Cactus Cantina. Vendor applications were accepted through Eventeny through October 15, 2026. Volunteer applications were also open through the same deadline. Those interested in sponsoring future events can download the sponsorship form from the department's website.

The Magnolia Springs Volunteer Fire Department serves the Town of Magnolia Springs and the surrounding area. The department relies on volunteer support and community donations. The annual festival is one of the department's primary fundraising and community outreach events.
