Race raises money for charities across Baldwin County

Foley Rotary Oyster Run

Foley, Ala. — (OBA) —  The Foley Rotary Club is preparing for one of its most popular annual events. The 33rd Foley Rotary Oyster Run will bring runners and walkers together in downtown Foley for a 5K race. Organizers expect this year's turnout to surpass previous editions. The event also raises money for charities doing important work throughout Baldwin County.

The race is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026, in downtown Foley. Registration is currently open through
RunSignUp. Organizers say more runners and sponsors have already signed up than in past years.

One popular draw is the post-race benefit from Cheeseburger Randy's. Every runner who completes the race will receive sides from the local favorite. This added perk is one of several reasons participants keep coming back year after year.

After the race, runners and supporters are invited to stay for an after-party in downtown Foley. The celebration will feature fresh oysters, cold beer, and raffles. The event offers community members a fun way to unwind and connect with fellow participants.

The Foley Rotary Club directs race proceeds to charitable organizations serving Baldwin County. The club supports local groups that make a difference in the region. The Oyster Run is one of the club's most important annual fundraising efforts.
