Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach Lines Up Three Fall Events in October

Three events offer music, fire, and family fun this fall

Baldwin Pops concert at the Coastal Art Center.

Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — The Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach has three events planned for October. The lineup includes a smooth jazz concert, a free community pops concert, and an annual fall festival. All three events will take place at the arts center at 26389 Canal Road in Orange Beach. The events offer something for music fans, families, and art lovers alike.

On Thursday, October 1, the Coastal Arts Center will host "An Evening of Smooth Jazz Under the Stars" starting at 6 p.m. The concert will be held under the art center's bayfront tent. Pianist Gino Rosaria will headline the evening, joined by special guest David Jones on trumpet.

Tickets for the October 1 jazz concert are now on sale for $20 for general admission. You can purchase tickets by calling 251-981-2787 or visiting the Coastal Arts Center in person.

On Sunday, October 11, a free Baldwin Pops concert will be held at 5 p.m. in the Coastal Arts Center courtyard. No ticket is required. For more information, the public can contact the arts center at 251-981-2787.

The Coastal Arts Center will conclude its October schedule with its Annual Arts Afire Fall Festival on Thursday, October 22, from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission to the festival is free. The City of Orange Beach and Friends of the Arts sponsor the event.

Festivities at Arts Afire will include:

Hot glass demonstrations in The Hot Shop
Clay Studio pottery raku firings
Kids' fall games, music, crafts, and treats
Face painting
A pet costume contest at 6 p.m.
