Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – You may have noticed the increased crowds exploring the beaches, restaurants and outlets around Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. You may have also noticed how well the crowd has respected the environment and their pleasant demeanor towards locals. The Sand In My Boots audience has arrived and is already receiving a warm welcome from local businesses.


Gulf Shores has famously hosted many concerts on its white sand beaches, but the Sand In My Boots ticket holders may be the most aligned to ever attend a local festival. Yes, the traffic patterns may be changed for a few days, but the attendants have kept the flow of cars moving and are doing so with a smile.

Post Malone and other artist have already been seen at local spots posing for pictures with locals and even hosting their band members to local cuisine and cocktails.


The music officially kicks off on Friday afternoon and continues into Sunday. Some of the biggest names in music are scheduled already in town for the sold out event. When the tickets originally went on sale, they were sold within two hours. The two main stages are hosting Morgan Wallen, Post Malone, Brooks and Dunn and many other famous music performers.

The local Gulf Shores officials have been working with the event organizers for months on the event procedures, and they have already noticed the difference, compared to previous festivals.

Oxford, Ala. – (OBA) – The Orange Beach Varsity Makos powerfully announced their presence at the State Softball Tournament on Wednesday, securing three decisive victories and setting the stage for a fifth consecutive championship title. Their dominant performance saw them defeat West Blocton Varsity Tigers 15-0, Alexandria Varsity Valley Cubs 3-0, and Satsuma Varsity Gators 13-0, showcasing a potent combination of hitting and pitching prowess. The Makos will now compete for the championship crown at 5:00 PM today, Thursday.
