Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) —  The Orange Beach Community Center is kicking off its 2026 season with a Labor Day potluck dinner. Annual membership dues of $10 per person will be collected at the event. The evening will feature BBQ from Moe's, served with all the fixings. No guest speaker is planned, and the night is intended as a relaxed community meet-and-greet.

The potluck dinner is scheduled for Monday, September 7, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Orange Beach Community Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring a dessert or side dish to share with fellow guests. Those unable to contribute a dish may attend for a meal fee of $8. The center will accept the $8 fee from anyone who cannot bring a dish.

The gathering is intended to give neighbors a chance to reconnect before fall programming begins. Organizers say the casual format is intentional, keeping the focus on community and conversation.
