Foley, Ala. — (OBA) —  The Chicago Street Supper Club is returning to downtown Foley, and organizers have announced the five local chefs who will lead the culinary experience. The event will feature a cocktail hour followed by a four-course dinner under the lights of the downtown district. Each chef will lead a course, bringing their own style and background to the table. The menu has not yet been released, but reservations for the 2026 event are already open.

The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is organizing the supper club, available at southbaldwinchamber.com/chicago-street-supper-club. The event is scheduled for 2026, with the exact date expected to be announced alongside the menu reveal. Organizers say the lineup reflects a strong mix of local restaurant talent and culinary education professionals.

Matt Palamara of the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute at Coastal Alabama Community College will lead the cocktail hour. Jonathan Kastner, who works with Gulf Shores City Schools, will prepare the appetizer course. The salad course will be prepared by Lauren and Brandi Stallworth of SugarLove at The HUB.

O'Veigh McArthur of the Foley Brunch & Supper Club will take the helm for the entree, typically the centerpiece of a four-course meal. Jackson Gainey of Jesse's On The Bay in Fort Morgan, Alabama, rounds out the team with the dessert course. Together, the five chefs represent a wide range of dining backgrounds across South Baldwin County.

Organizers describe the event as an opportunity for attendees to enjoy an exceptional evening of food and atmosphere in the heart of Foley. According to organizers, the chefs will bring "their creativity, craftsmanship, and signature flavors to the table." The outdoor setting beneath the lights of Chicago Street has become a signature feature of the annual event.
